Dennis Fields
My name is Dennis and I'm originally from Minnesota. My wife and two boys moved down to the Charlotte area about 7 years ago. I work as a City Planner for the City of Rock Hill and have several hobbies, including woodworking, fishing, and brewing beer(of course). I started brewing after buying all of my groomsmen Mr. Beer kits for our wedding. I loved the brewing process, and although that beer wasn't great, I was hooked. Ten years later I still have a passion for brewing and even started a YouTube Channel, called Cityscape Brewing, dedicated to helping others get into the hobby of homebrewing and teaching others some tips and tricks that I've learned along the way. Being in charge of the Education role for UPZS is a great fit for me. Even after 10 years, I'm still learning, and I hope to bring interesting guest speakers and brewing topics to help us brew better beer!
