Our team

I have been brewing for seven years or so and have been a member of UPZS for the last three years. I got started on the Mr. Beer products moved on to BIAB and have been improving ever since. Those three vessel systems make me jealous, but having a three to four hour brew day is pretty nice too. I have found that competitions didn’t ignite much desire to win (I’ll take any wins I can get though), but rather taught me about my beer and my process.
