I have been brewing since 2015. I started brewing extract kits on the stove, then moved to all-grain BIAB over a propane burner in the driveway. I have been brewing on a 240V electric single vessel system in my new brewery out in the barn for about a year and a half. I like brewing most styles of beer but I guess I tend to gravitate to having a Wit, Stouts, and IPA’s on tap most of the time. I enjoy making wine as well, almost exclusively red wines, and typically have one or two of those on tap as well. UPZS has been a huge part of my brewing education, and I give credit to the members of the club for the feedback and encouragement to brew the beer and make the wine for both of my kids’ weddings in 2018!
