Scott first brewed over 20 years ago, but has been brewing regularly for about 6 years. He has been a member of UPZS since the first meeting. He brews imperial IPAs as well as wheats, ambers, and stouts with a variety of adjuncts. Scott has also brewed Skeeter Pee (yes, it's real; Google it) and hard cider. Being in the IT industry and a bit of a geek, he loves that something as simple as water, malt, hops, and yeast can make something so delicious.
